 Hiring Staff(First blog)

Hey guys, founder of TIGERLabs writing this. In the future we may have several staff members writing the blogs so we can make them a bit different and have them from different perspectives.

Our blogs will basically just be a kind of update log and a place to tell you when we have upcoming events like hiring staff, updates, etc. 
Talking of that we are currently hiring, just check out the job page to apply. If you are applying and reading this you are lucky, because I have compiled a few tips that will give you a better chance of getting accepted, or at least a closer chance. We can only accept the best apps so do not be annoyed if you get declined. Your app was probably good anyway! So here are some few tips to help you:

1 Good Grammar
Grammar is one of the most important skills when applying for mostly all organisations, this may not be a  big issue for you seeing as I am assuming most people applying have been working with keyboards for many years. If it is an issue I recommend trying to type fast while keeping your grammar at its best, especially if you are going for customer service.

2 Information
Giving us a lot of information about yourself and past experinces really does help us choose who to accept, if you have hardly any information your chances are really low at getting accepted depending on other apps and the information you have, someone with a lot of REAL information will probably be the one getting accepted.
